| Job Description: |
Responsible for the sale of company products and services to assigned accounts or within a given territory resulting in the achievement of a given quota. Make and develop contact with existing and potential customers regarding use of company products and services. Analyze existing and anticipated customer requirements and promote consideration of company products and services to fill such requirements. Participate in the preparation of sales plans, business plans and product development plans. Conduct sales presentations and participate in industry trade shows. Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records. Maintain technical proficiency, competitive knowledge and industry trends. Provide accurate and timely forecasts to management.

Post-Sales Support Manager (New Jersey)
| Job Description: |
Provide Ceragon with troubleshooting expertise via telephone and field technical support. Primary focus is to manage Post-Sales Support group and deal with Carrier and Large End user vertical customers that require attention to detail . |
| Job Requirements: |
- Provide leadership and structure to Post-Sales Support organization.

Manage lab, technical support, and RMA processes for timely customer service.

Provide customer technical troubleshooting support.
-
Maintain trouble ticket logs and manage escalations to R&D, repair center, and manufacturing as required.

Manage support calls and material return requests (RMA) to ensure timely repair and return.
-
Attend Customer Conference calls to review customer issues and failure analysis as required.
-
Lab responsibilities include test simulations, upgrades, minor repairs, and prescreening RMAs.

Installation support for new customers requiring field support for initial installation.
-
Experience with Microwave System Engineering (path design using Path Loss 4.0 software and microwave system design or equivalent) for troubleshooting path fading issues.

Customer technical training support.
Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of related experience

Strong knowledge in Microwave Communications

Strong knowledge in network switching and routing concepts
-
Network engineering certification preferred

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or EE Technology preferred. |
